What is the Qantas Baggage Policy?
The complimentary carry-on baggage allowance for adults and children except infants is as follows under Qantas Baggage Policy:
For All International Routes
There will be 1 piece of carry-on baggage allowed for Economy Class. The maximum dimension of the bag must not exceed 45in (115cm), or 73in (185cm) and the maximum weight must not exceed 15 lb (7kg).
There will be 2 pieces of baggage allowed for Premium Economy, Business, and First Class. However, for the weight of baggage, you must follow either of the two conditions mentioned below:

Two pieces, neither of which has total dimensions that exceed 45in(115cm) or weight must not exceed 15lb(7kg)

One piece with total dimensions must not exceed 45in(115cm) and weight must not exceed 15lb (7kg), and a second piece that is a non-rigid garment bag with total dimensions that do not exceed 72in (185cm) and weight that does not exceed 15lb(7kg).
Australian Domestic Routes (except service via Dash 8 aircraft)
There will be 2 pieces of baggage allowed in economy class and Business class. However, Premium Economy and First Class will not be applicable. However, for the dimensions of baggage, you must follow either of the two conditions mentioned below:

Either two pieces not exceeding 41in (105) and 15lb (7kg) per bag or one piece not exceeding 45in (115cm) and the other one not exceeding 72in (185cm) non-rigid garment bag ad 15lb (7kg) per piece.
Service via Dash 8 Aircraft
There will be one piece of baggage allowed for economy class. However, complimentary carry-on baggage allowances for adults and children (except infants) will not be allowed in Premium Economy, Business, and First Class.
However, the total dimensions of each piece must not exceed 41in(105 cm) and the total weight must not exceed 15lb (7kg).
Qantas Checked Baggage Allowance
International to/from North or South America (Complimentary Allowance)

There will be 1 piece of checked baggage allowed with a maximum weight allowance of 32 kg (70lb) per piece and size 62in (158cm) in Economy Class.

There will be 2 pieces of baggage allowed with a maximum weight of 32 kg (70lb) per piece) ans size must not exceed 106in (270cm) in Premium Economy Class.

There will be 2 pieces of baggage allowed with a maximum weight of 32 kg (70lb) per piece in Business Class.

There will be 3 pieces of baggage allowed with a maximum weight of 32 kg (70lb) per piece and the size must not must not exceed 159in (405cm).
Note: The size, weight, and number of baggage allowance may vary in Frequent Flyer on international flights to/from the Americas
How much Baggage is Allowed on Qantas?
Below are some conditions on which the Qantas baggage Fees will be decided:

A maximum of 5 additional pieces can be purchased in advance per flight. It can be purchased directly after booking up to three hours before departure. It is important to note that the passenger must not be checked in for the flight at the airport.

This additional baggage allowance is available for Qantas-operated flights with a “QF” flight number.

Additional baggage allowance is not available for flights operated by another carrier such as codeshare or interline flights if connected on the same day to a flight operated by another airline.

Flyers can also purchase an additional baggage allowance at the airport.

For Australian domestic destinations, the charges will be US$35 per piece.

Between Australia and New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. There will be US$55 charges for each 5kg.

For destinations between Australia and Asia, the charges will be US$95 for each 5kg.

For destinations between Australia South Africa, and Europe, the charges will be US$215 for each 5kg.
How much is a Carry-on Bag with Qantas?
All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the carry-on baggage allowances.
